TERMS OF USAGE Effective Date: 25th December 2025 1. Introduction: Welcome to Watch The Face. By downloading, installing, or using our watch faces ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage. The Products are owned and operated by Prathamesh Bhatte ("Creator"), operating under the brand "Watch The Face". 2. License, Not Sale: The Products are licensed to you, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product on your personal device. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the Products. 3. "As-Is" Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Battery Life: We do not guarantee specific battery performance, which varies by device model, settings, and usage patterns. Hardware Safety: We are not liable for any screen burn-in, pixel damage, or hardware degradation arising from the use of our "Always On Display" (AOD) modes or high-brightness features. You acknowledge that you use these Products at your own risk. 4. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, in no event shall the Creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware damage, or service interruption. Cap on Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product. 5. Jurisdiction and Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC) and Pune, Maharashtra, India.
PRIVACY POLICY Last Updated: 25th December 2025 1. Introduction: WatchTheFace, created by Prathamesh Bhatte, respects your privacy. We believe in transparency and data minimalism. This policy explains how we handle your data. 2. No Data Collection: Our watch faces do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. Health Data: Data such as heart rate, steps, and calories is read directly from the Health Services on your device. This processing happens locally on your watch for display purposes only. We do not transmit this data to any external server. Location: We do not track, record, or store your location history. 3. Permissions: We may request permissions (e.g., "Body Sensors") solely to display real-time data on the watch face. Denying these permissions will simply result in "0" values being displayed, but the watch face will still function. These permissions are never used for data mining or tracking. 4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY Effective Date: 25th December 2025 1. General Policy: No Refunds Due to the digital nature of our Products (downloadable software), all sales are final. Watch The Face does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the Product has been purchased and downloaded, except as strictly required by applicable consumer protection laws. 2.
